02/14 Entry #4 . . .

#2 The beard is softer than a Brillo pad, but that's not saying much. "*Rinse and repeat as necessary." The only time it's appropriate to say that...

FYI: Okay "You" (or anyone else that wants to know for that matter) for future referrence - The best "stuff" to use for re- moisturizing Hair/Beards (or making it softer to the touch) is a product that you can get almost anywhere called "Humetress" (originally made by "Nexxus" and there are many generics - the least expensive and best generic can be found at Sally's Beauty Supplies { GVP Moisturizing Conditioner } - or look at your local Beauty/Hair Supply Stores for their version) . . . It can be used as a daily or heavy duty conditioner and even a very small amount can be left in the hair or applied to dry hair to reduce split ends . . . ALSO - Really good to block the sun from lighting hair that has been colored/tinted too . . .

BTW: For Heavy Duty Hair Conditioning (like a course beard) - First Wash Hair well (I use "Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo" { Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo, Normal to Oily Hair | Walgreens } - only a $1.00 at most stores or on-line, even less on sale) - Rinse Well - Apply resonable amount of "Humetress" to wet hair (Please do not over use any hair products - a little can go a very long way) - Work or Comb Though Wet Hair - Let stand (with heat of you can - Example: Take a hot bath or stand out in Sun ) for a half an hour or more (Go watch TV or surf ECF - or it can even be left in over night for really damaged hair) - and then rinse out well so that there is only a slight feel of the product left in hair . . . I KNOW THIS WORKS ! ! !

Just Sayin' . . . ;)

EDIT: BTW - "You" Just saved paying for a $50.00 - 100.00 (or more) Hair Conditioning Treatment in most Good Salons . . . :D

@Uncle: Ask RPAD about the EBaron, he had one. I'm not a fan of rebuildables utilizing ceramic cups, they all seem over engineered IMO. Also, that thing is really expensive for what it is, although they do look very nice atop a Provari (matching "dimples").

Yea - It did look good, but after looking at a few more reviews and video - NOPE - Still Not Gonna Happen - No RBA's . . . Don't even think I will be rebuilding the heads of the Pro-tanks I have either . . . Just Sayin' . . .

4.

When heading out the door do you:

A) Sock, shoe, sock shoe

B) Sock, sock, shoe, shoe

or

C) Other (although I am curious about what other order it could be)

None of it . . . It's Called Wearing Sandles . . . AND - In Florida or Up North Spring/Summer/Fall it is always Shorts and a Shirt with Sandles (sometime closed toe) that's it . . .

1. Happy Valentines day all , grab you significant other and stay warm .

Good vibes being sent to you sky.
Hubby went through that stuff a bit ago and found out a few things he has now medically are due to his time in the service. It sucks, but at least ( for him anyway ) now he knows why. I guess that really does not make it better though.

3- Well we know mine is from my 13 years and 6 rotations in for the most part, it is just figuring out what the heck is wrong with me that is taking forever right now lol.
Been going to so many pain management clinics, acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga ect ect and got the lab work done for a trip to the rheumatoid clinic in the near future.
