Hi Jeff... I am finer than frog hair. I am really jazzed about the weekend trip South and pretty much all I need to do in the morning is shower and walk to the car. When hubby goes with me, he drives... says my driving scares him. I am not a fan of his driving either but he seldom gets lost and I am always lost, even with a GPS. I get to driving and tend to zone out and the line goes that way for an exit and next thing I know I am down the ramp and off on another adventure. Will be back sometime Sunday probably. Kid seems glad I am going away for a few days and said to stay as long as we wanted. That scares me almost as much as when he was a teenager and he would call and the first thing he would say is 'Mom, I'm OK"
How long you think you will be working that much? Kinda sux but hopefully the $$$ is good.

The money is insane it's really really good. I'll be on this job for 3 more weeks then I'll get a week or 2 off. Next job is probably the no7 blast furnace at mital steel. Hope u have an awesome weekend

Well, good morning friends!
After having a rather icky work week, I'm very happy to be off until April 22. My institution has generally given us "holy week" off, but this year the administration (with no explanation) decided to only give us Thursday-Sunday (well, Monday after Easter is also a PR holiday) this year. Most of us are rebelling and taking the full week. Actually, I was originally planning to go to Minnesota to visit my partner, but I'm postponing that until next month when: (1) the semester is over for me, and (2) it's a bit warmer in the upper midwest.
I have several things that I hope to accomplish, but I guess at the top of the list is my taxes. . . I haven't even looked at them yet.

#1 and only for the day... Everyone have a great weekend. I am packed and ready to go. Didn't read back today but LD, start eating... no sense in ruining your health over this... GMO... you will get there.. with all the positive thoughts your way, it is impossible not to. I did grilled chicken and asparagus in the Griddler last night. FInally learned how to do chicken with that thing that it didn't turn to cardboard.

Morning TF!
Levi is starting to feel better, his fever subsided last night and he actually slept. Still sick, i decided to man up and come into work today, after i kinda made a small fuss about the office not accommodating unplanned illness.. i know...
Went to the market and picked up some easy foodz for the house. convenience is a big factor lately. so mostly pizzas, hot pockets, dogs, deli, cereal, bananas. easy stuffs.
very happy that Levi is feeling better. poor kid, its so sad to see a sick babes, you just want to vanquish the sickness

I'm glad Levi is feeling better. You're right it's hard watching kids suffer when they are sick. And, good for you for picking up some easy eats! Eating doesn't have to be complicated!
