I've spent a good part of the day making cinnamon rolls. It makes me laugh that this "breakfast food" takes hours to make. . .

I ate one roll, and I'm thinking maybe I won't need to eat again until this weekend.

That's a pretty good bet. I doubt most folks are in a hurry to sell stuff but you never know.

I would have thought a lot of businesses would want to get rid of inventory before the end of the year for tax reasons, but I'm not well versed on the subject having never actually run a retail store. I've run a restaurant but that's different.
