Today is the shortest day of the year. Seems normal to me so far.

Rain has been coming down for the past few hours. I like rain, not as much as the plants but life without it would not be life. The satellite internet connection however...

Good afternoon everyone!

So far, I've spent at least two hours waiting in line at different places--the post office (who in their right mind goes there on the Sat before Christmas?), both of my banks, and the grocery store. Of course, that doesn't include the 30 minutes I spent driving around and around and around the shopping center parking lot hoping for a space (at least, though, three of the places I needed to go were located in the one center).

I love the holidays, but I could certainly pass on the stress and anxiety that goes along with it.

Here's my wish for everyone--have a happy holiday, and don't let the stress of the season get you down!

I prefer the longest night..........I like the dark better.it will be getting dark here before 5PM..........and yes life without rain would suck.....it's raining here as well...melted all the snow yesterday in just a few hours.....
