Since I've received my Nemesis my other APV has been given to my son to use as he broke his MPV , with my lr boge's in a carto tank I'm a happy vapor. Dropped it several times the worst of which put a nice dent in the button but still works great.
LD if you make sure the silver screw is all the way down in the button that keeps it from being as crunchy.

The silver screw under the 510? I have been screwing down the atty, then tightening the silver contact screw. Or is there one in the switch? (i havent taken it apart yet)
do you use the beauty ring in the middle? the thin polished steel piece? i found that with it i cant fit a flat top well, so i removed it....

Bummer. Been there, done that. Started using olive oil when drilling SS to prevent bits seizing, it works good enough and doesn't stink like machine oil. The Chemesis wasn't too bad, IGO-W caps are crazy thick. 1/16th was bad enough, I tried to make 1mm holes once... only once. Good luck on future drilling!

I got tired of VJ a few weeks ago, he was too slow, posting things days after they went live. Occasionally being wrong, saying stuff was made by a certain manufacturer when nobody could know for sure. GS is much better in general (more deals and less bias), but doesn't have nearly the following. FB is the way to go, like it or not. That's where these 2 sites get their info anyways, assuming you don't want to deal with Reddit (ech).

2- And as if more attention is not enough, about to place an intersting order for you GMO, having some issues so I am thinking of getting some WTA @ around 100 MG, and ask you to make me some juice with less nic, but more flavor so I can spike it with some of the good stuff lol.

#4 LD, you asked about coil ID for a dual coil build. That's a YMMV area. I like 1.5mm (1/16) to 2mm (5/64). As long as it's a "micro" coil you should be able to get some cotton in there easily. Knowing the length of wire used is more important, they have to be the same for dual coil. That's obvious enough, but I didn't want skip posting that part.

been an interesting day, but a good one.
a lot of positive energy being felt, and hopefully projected. grateful for some of the events that have transpired in the last 48 hours. Seeing GMO on VJ is beyond cool, Joe (love him or hate him) really did VapeTree a huge solid.
