#1 Happy New Years Eve everybody! Don't part too hard, and please don't blow off any fingers or start any fires with those fireworks. Have as much fun as you can without getting hurt.

Solid advice.
We, the misses and the kid and i, are going to Tucson circus arts for a NYE party. Its is kid friendly with djs and ......... circus stuffs?
not the clown, 3 ring kinda circus. but a Cirque du soleil like troupe.
if, and its a big if. the kid and misses head back to the casa before midnite, ill be heading to a different show after dropping them off in which 2 of my djs are playing.

It's a super busy day for me, too. There are just several things that I want to clear off my plate while it's still 2014.

I hope that everyone has a very happy (and safe) celebration to ring in the new year. Olivia Neutron Bomb, my dog, and I will be spending the night at home with the television as loud as possible in the hopes that she won't hear the fireworks. She actually has one of those "thunder shirts" and, while she'll be wearing it, I don't think it helps much.

I'm right there with you Doc. New Year's and the 4th of July mean one thing here...trying to keep my doggie calm. I do the same thing with the tv volume at full blast! Haven't tried the thunder shirt, but I do hold him tight and close as much as I can. What we do for out pets!
