5- I agree it looks OK, but a few issues with it, price of course, the way it's tank is, and the atty.
This would have a Stainless button, steel skeleton on the inside, or possibly SS on the outside, not sure yet, tough and replaceable 510 threads, and one mean battery.
Have to build a LVC in it so I do not damage the LIPO, and for most non R/C folks a charger will be tough. I have been working with some CF and glass with my planes anyways, and about to make the plunge to make a vacuum bag system to do my wings in, this would be something I could also do at least for myself at first, and if it was nice enough might be talked into making them for others.
I will be using my devices for a few purposes as well, so I also have to keep this in mind.

Sounds like you've put some thought into it already. I know what you mean about the tank on the billet, it needs to be able to use something other than cartos. I wish I had the ability to make things like that but I can't draw a straight line let alone cut one.
