I think I should be getting vapemail today... although tracking has been a day or so off, so who know.

I need to wash up to go to my daughter's class for the end result of their California studies (they made a cake of the state, with each student making different parts).

1. Good morning, well I guess it's afternoon here now. I'm still sick, but it's getting better, I think. My throat is still raw and sore and I have a nasty cough. I finally got a little sleep last night. I have to sit straight up on the couch and sleep because if I lay down even a little I start coughing. Anyway, hopefully this mess will be gone soon. I'm tired of being sick.

Welcome back Robin! Hope you had a great trip!

I've got to go a few places today and I'm not looking forward to it. It's scorching hot outside. I'm hoping I can make it through the store without having a major coughing fit.

1. Very busy day here....but at least it's half over!

Blue, glad to hear you got some sleep last night and that it appears to be cooling off!

Bella, glad to hear you're doing a little better...hope you get over it soon though...sending you more healing energy!

I don't have any vapemail coming...isn't that sad?! :p

Hello tree people, just checking in, 14 days without a cigarette, feeling better every day! I'm trying to find a good "smoke free banner" for my signature, there's so many I don't know which one to pick. It's a shame you can't customize your own, like the graphics and what not. :glare:

Back from the school. Three classrooms of 4th graders, each with a table-sized cake comprising 25-30 smaller "regional" cakes of varying quality. The cakes were frosted to reflect the climate of each region (desert, coast, mountains, etc.) and landmarks (cities, places of interest, geographical features) were indicated by flags, toys, and edible decorations (my daughter got a piece that came with a chocolate-drenched ice cream cone that was part of a mountain chain). My daughter's region was the Mojave Desert, covered with sand and dotted with green jellybean Joshua Trees. Her landmarks included Blythe and Needles, Route 66 in purple glaze near the top portion of her region, and the "Eastern" border was frosted with blue to represent the Colorado River.

It's a shame you can't customize your own, like the graphics and what not. :glare:
In theory, it's not too hard: you need a server to track your information (quit date, etc.) and a script to return the date-corrected info; then all you need is the graphic and plug in the text. If I had time, I might explore it, but I'd have to study up on the right languages (which I don't use regularly)--nor do I have a server to host the image and/or data/script.
