can a Glass Globe tank Ceramic Atomizer Vaporizer Wax Concentrate eGo Clearomizer be used with ejuice or must it be wax?

They would'nt work to well with eliquid. You could put liquid right on the coil, you'd have to do it constantly, does'nt seem like a very realistic way to vape e liquid.
