GLV 18650 mod request

When ever you get a spare moment from building the GLV3's.
Could you possibly look into making an 18650 version of the GLV?

Seem to me if you made the body tube inside a hair bigger..and the tube itself just a little shorter it would be work with the existing head and end caps.

Know I'd buy one

I'm not sure what good that would do really. 18650 provides hours more vaping at 3.7v than a single 16340 or cr123 and with the regulated 5v cap, it wouldn't put out 3.7v, maybe 3.1ish? Think Rose is looking for long 3.7v vaping.

Ah, yes, the standard cap would work fine. I understand her want for it too. I love the 18650 batteries!

He would need a different bottom cap so the batt would fit.If he kept the same head cap.Right?

Actually, just a little more diameter inside the body would do it. I use mine with a 14650 and it fits just fine length wise.
Getting that extra 2mm's would be pretty tight though. I tried to mill out mine by hand and it looked like the walls
would be pretty thin on the threaded ends if I had kept going. I might be able to fit a 17650 though.

As I mentioned earlier, I tried to mill out my GLV2 by hand to fit an 18650, but I stopped because I
thought the walls would be too thin on the threads if I continued.

I just got in an AW17670 though, and it fit just fine.

For the battery? Sure : Super T Manufacturing, Innovative manufacturer of electronic cigarette products.

I used a cone shaped rasp and an extension on a drill to hone out the inside for extra space.

I really dont want a new mod right now but that would make me change my mind, 18500 would be a nice thing to think about as well...
