Jay....Hurry,Hurry....Get these Pre-Orders done and out!!(I think MissMiA may change her mind about the colors again!!)LOL!

There's nothing you could do to stop them from going out at this point lol. As far Miss goes I have already powder coated hers lime green and pastel yellow ..just like she ordered, so shes all set...I also installed fuzzy dice, blinkers and a bike horn at no extra charge.

HAAAA, you boys almost got away with this funnin on me since I've been trying to keep myself live and unplugged from the 'net more these days! Tell ya what tho, mister Jay CAN be a mischievous one -- sent me an email update at one point 'confirming' my color choice changes to pink and purple!! Hey, sleep is overrated anyway! (Actually tho, ALL color combos mentioned so far for this pair o' minis would be purty; just makin myself put neutrality first! Wasn't easy tho!)

Now Jay, I just may hold you to that part about the fuzzy dice, blinkers and horn!! Got it in writing now and all! :sneaky:;)

Me too. I wanna check out my new GLV2 headcap!

...I'm gonna become a crime fighter and beat scofflaws over the head with it in the dark alleys of Chicago!;) Two-fisted like a superhero, since I ordered a pair! (I can sweep Detroit occasionally for ya too Jay & Wiz, when visiting family in the area!) This looks like it will be one sturdy & innovative cap! :D

Whats up with the AW batteries? Is this a good thing? Should I be excited/relieved/elated or otherwise...?

yes AW are better battys. You should be glad..
This is why you want these. I have found out the hard way that you get what you pay for with batteries.

(Li-ion Batteries) are batteries with one of the best energy-to-weight ratios. They do not have any memory effect and have a slow loss of charge when not in use. Li-ion batteries are much lighter than other equivalent secondary batteries. Care should be taken while handling these batteries. Unless care is taken their life span may be reduced. Most of the AW Batteries reviewed here have built in Protection PCB that prevents Over Discharge, Over Charging and also offer Short Circuit protection. These batteries have life cycle of more than 500 charge-discharge cycles.

AW Batteries also feature New Anti-Explosion Vent/PTC Module. The new module provides an added layer of protection against gas built-up in addition to the PTC thermal protection. Unlike regular vents used by most LiIon cells, these new modules will actually stop the action by separating the electrodes inside the battery when the pressure reaches a preset threshold. The vent disc will open and release the gas plus stopping the cell from further chemical reaction. Combined with the PCB electronic protection and two layers of mechanical ( thermal and pressure ) protection, these new protected cells are one of the first with added safey features in place
