Hello all

This has been driving me crazy and I am sick and tired of getting puddles of juice in my hollow area so I need some help. I read a few posts where people said they were using O rings to fix this, but I don;t have any that small and really don't see how that could be a good fix.

I cannot get the tube to connect securely to the brass pipe that goes through the white plastic covering.
I will attach a pic to show what I mean.
What do you vets do to get around this annoying problem. At my best I can get the tube to barely attach to the brass pipe, but it falls off with any movement or vibration. How do you get a good fit?

Thanks to all who read and post. I really need help on this one.

I replaced the small tube with a longer SS tube(cut from a syringe with a dremel)and tied a small pc of wire tightly around the feed tube/needle,kinda like a bread tie
Good idea. Unfortunately I do not have a dremel, and am not a great fix it type of person. I like things to work easy and it sounds like this does not.
Let me be sure I understand what you did.......Did you attach the piece of the SS syringe to the existing copper tube and tie it off around the existing feed tube? So you kind of just added length to the existing copper feed tube, correct, or am I misunderstanding?

Thanks for posting

No,I removed the small copper or brass(whatever it was) and replaced it with the SS.I'm not sure, but I don't think copper or brass does well in e-liquid

Thanks for clarifying.... One last question.. So you removed the entire brass feeding tube that even goes up through the top where the GLV fits on?
If so is there a certain size I should use as far as the syringe.

No,I didn't remove the entire feed tube, just the one in the tip of the bottle
Never had problems leaking at the feed tube, just the bottle top

I see. My problem is with the Feed tuble leaking due to the bad tubing connection. Maybe I will call Jay and see what he says. I was just hoping others would have some troubleshooting solutions.

Thanks for posting.

aruga - the metal tube/needle is sticking out the bottom of the white plastic part? On mine, the metal is further up in the white plastic, and the plastic tubing goes up into the white part also.... maybe 1/8 of an inch?
Maybe your needle got pushed down on accident?

thanks for responding. So where does the actual tubing feed into? I need some more help because now I am confused.

So my feed tube is not in the correct position? I have tried to reposition it, but I feel that it may break if I use more force.
Can anyone else post some ideas an/or some pics of what it is suppose to look like? I am confused on what II should do.

I rally appreciate the help and advice.

Here is mine ... the end of my tube goes up into the white plastic .... the brass (?) needle does not stick out the end, below the white part. (click on the pic to make it bigger)

they have such great customer service and are always a pleasure to deal with.
I just want to be able to bottom feed!!! I am excited to think that it may be possible soon.

Thanks for all the help everyone.
