GLV-XL Mini

Is it possible to order the GLV-XL Mini with the 5V resisted head cap instead of the 3.7V? If so, would there be a cost difference?

I'm not sure but I believe the specified 2200 mAh 18650 batteries are 3.7v. Higher voltage can be resisted downward but increasing the voltage would require a second battery which would make it impossible to build a 5v "mini".

If I'm wrong about this, perhaps an electro-wiz can cite chapter and verse of Ohm's law. Guzintas has never been my forté.

Why not just get the GLV2 5v ? Its 5v with stacked batts.

Great mod the GLV2. Much smaller than a silver bullet or rough stack etc. Much more ergonomical too. 5Volts foreva!
