Go-go, ego, echo

Hi All,
I currently have the ECHO kit that came with two battery's. Both are dead with less than 10 charges. I'm a very unhappy camper right now. Does any know anything about the GoGo and the Ego. I prefer the auto, but will settle with a manual.

I believe you are in the wrong forum as the eGo is not a KR808D-1 mod.

Your auto batts are more than likely dying because there is juice getting in your batts.

Switch to a manual batt and you'll be golden. I recommend a kGo/Riva kit because they are un-regulated. The eGos are regulated to 3.4v.

I'm in the right forum. I didn't know what the Ego was, so now I do, thank you.

I have been very careful not to over fill the cartomizers. I let them stand upright in one of my holders for a few days before using. I have one Igo, so maybe I'll get a few more. I love the large Carto's it uses.

I use eGo batts with Echo-e cartos, manual batteries are better IMO.

I haven't put mine down since I got it and the cart0 has been goin for weeks now. Cost was right around 50 bucks shipping included for the batt, charger, 5 pack of cart0's

I have had a very nice experience with the go-go..have not had any batt problems at all..

Are you sure the batteries are dead? If you haven't gotten juice in them, defective batteries happen but two in a kit are rare and you need to contact the supplier. What happens when they are being charged?

Seriously, sometimes it is the juice. Are you sure the cartomizers aren't causing the problems? Can't imagine two in one kit!

I think going with IGO batteries is a good idea since you can still use the Echo charger and cartos.

Trisha, have you done any maintenance on your batteries and charger. They need to be cleaned on a regular basis. They get gunked up and that can prevent them from charging properly. Get some rubbing alcohol and some cotton swabs and got to town on the threads of the batt and charger.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. Yes, I do clean my battery's and I also clean my cartomizers with alcohol each time I refill them. Never thought to clean the chargers. After I refill my carto's I shake them with several hard snapped, then let them sit for a few days upright in case there is any leaking juice. Today I had another fairly new battery go out, so it must be my refilling, although the two in the kit, one was DOA and the other dyed after using one day. Sure wish someone would come out with a fat bat auto. I just don't like using the button. Guess I can't have everything and just be thankful I'm not smoking. Last analog on March 11, 2011.

The echo is a fat bat auto. You really need to contact your supplier. I've had no problem with my Echos. Best battery I've ever owned and with the 3ml carts, fiddle free vaping at it's finest.
Where did you get your kit from and can you post a link so I can take a look at it? I'd just like to make sure you haven't gotten some kind of cheap knock off. I know of three suppliers I deal with for Echos and all are great vendors.

p.s. are you using the charger that came with the Echo kit? They are kind of like egos. You need to use the provided charger.

COntact the supplier like everyone said. Also the go-go was great. I would get an adapter because they have a different thread. But the go-go was an awesome pv
