My first one cost about $25 here:

It has a 3 minute cycle and does not have a "heat" option. It will do the trick but I got tired of hopping up every 3 minutes to turn it back on.
I needed an ultrasonic cleaner with a larger capacity so I upgraded to this:

It has an 8 minute cycle as well as the "heat" option. It was $75.
The best thing about this is when I make my DIY e-liquid. Instead of waiting 3 weeks of steeping for the juice to "mature." I put my newly minted bottles of e-liquid in the ultrasonic for about 3 hours and it's ready to vape. 3 hours instead of 3 weeks of steeping. Amazing.

I have now resorted to completely dismantling the first ones I purchased and cleaning them. Took the metal ring off the top of the outer plastic, removed the rubber piece and little metal nozzle that it holds. Rinsed everything really well, then put the "body" in the ultrasonic cleaner. Ran cycles until, using a flashlight down the tube, the wire and wick were clean inside. Let them dry and put back together making sure the metal top piece is all the way down. It worked like a charm!!!
When they start leaking I was pulling the inner rubber piece up thinking it wasn't snug to the mouthpiece that gets screwed on. I think that makes the rubber piece not snug enough on the wick material, causing leaks. The initial leaking could be the wick and wire being gunked up from my juice, so new juice being pulled through is running down the tube instead of burning?
When they start leaking I was pulling the inner rubber piece up thinking it wasn't snug to the mouthpiece that gets screwed on. Having touted an Ultrasonic Cleaner as a vaper's dream machine I have to tell y'all another thing that it does ... that's not so good.
This Just Happened:
I used the cleaner on a Go-Go Fury tank that was getting a tight draw. After a couple of 8 minute cycles I rinsed out the tank and set it aside to dry overnight.
This morning I filled the cleaned tank up and ... leakage.
Here's what happened. If there are teeny tiny cracks in the tank seemingly invisible to the naked eye ... a couple of cycles in an ultrasonic cleaner might make the cracks ... um ... visible. At least that's what happened to one of the 3 tanks I cleaned.
So there ya go. Sometimes a fix makes things worse. I could deal with a tighter draw but not with a leaky e-cig. But what did I want from a tank anyway? I started using it daily in December and it craps out in February. That's not a bad run.
We had the burial ceremony a couple of hours ago. Taps played. So long Go-Go Fury Tank ... it was nice while it lasted.
I've just ordered more Fury tanks. When it comes to vaping I pretend it's December 1999 and all those Y2K ghost stories are true. It's the end of civilization as we know it and as long as I can still vape ... I will survive the zombie apocalypse.

Got my GoGo VV & Clearos last week (from a different vendor, so cheaper w/no Fury name). Awesome! Kanger does it again! 
They're here! Don't have time to really do much more than load up a tank and go. Of the two battery styles I'm going to take the regular gogo over the fury for the rest of my evening. So small and it tastes great no need to dial in a vv for flavor.
Has anyone found a liquid that tastes better at higher voltage? So far with the two battery/clearo set ups that I've used(volt spinner and gogo fury) if anything I dial down more than up.

My 3 juices, Cowboy, Desert Ship, and a generic tobacco, to me taste their best when I turn just past "4" on the Fury.
After a weekend of vaping I'm loving the gogo. With the fury tanks the flavor is amazing and they're much more pocket friendly than any other tanks I've tried(X2,T3,M3,nano), and the cartos have given me faith that not all cartos suck. I've been through several tanks and a go cart and still haven't drained a battery yet. I've been using two batteries(one vv one not) with the tanks on the vv and the carto on the non vv.
I did have some leak issues, but after reading all the gogo info I could find on ecf, I've figured out why. I've been letting friends try my gogo while out and about and judging by their coughing they ignore my "inhale into your mouth first" speech and draw too hard causing the flooding and then the leak. So now they can only try hits off the go cart. Those leaks were easily remedied with a paper towel or napkin. I just blew out the center hole and rolled up a piece of napkin/paper towel into a long thin spike and inserted it from the bottom. After repeating that until one came out dry, no leaks.

Hey Tex - Long time no see. I've been using the Go-Go Fury with the Fury tanks almost constantly since Christmas. I like the tanks because finally ease of use matches performance. I keep the voltage setting a tad past the "4" mark with the tanks but with Go-carts you can crank it waaaaay up and the flavor is crazy-good.

I had surgery Christmas Eve for Throat cancer and I'm in Seattle getting chemo and radiation so I haven't been posting very often. I'm feeling good today and was happy to see the Go-go crowd still hanging in there and glad to see they came up with a vv go-go battery.

I've been vaping the Fury exclusively with the Go-Go Fury tanks since Christmas. The only Go-carts I had were the ones I had taken apart, cleaned, and reassembled many many times. Today I got my order (lightening fast for Canada ... 10 instead of 13 days) and filled up a brand new Go-cart.

With the Fury tanks I have it set a tad past the "4" mark. With a Go-cart I can take it to The Max! And that's exactly what happens. Max Flavor. I rounded up all my different e-cigs and retired them for awhile. Starting today this is what's in my shirt pocket (or hand):
