Use a real needle and it goes right in



I do not have that kind of time. It takes a good 5 mins on a new carto to properly fill AND if you do not wait you can look forward to a lot of burnt taste. I like 20 seconds and ready to go.

Disagree. Takes maybe 30 secs for 1ml to seep in.

I filled a new carto last night. Took less than 3 mins from empty to vaping.

The wait time is only for others who want to cram a few more drops in the top after all the juice and filler have settled.

If it really took 5 mins settling time, how could you have more than 3 or 4 vapes in a row without waiting in-between for re-wicking time?

a GoGo can hold 3ml. I can fill a 3ml carto in 20 seconds. I am not going to argue the other number it just takes too long for me. Do what you want. I'll stick with the fast method and get vaping

I have to agree with the dog on the syringe being the best and fastest way to fill a Go-carto or any of the large cartos. It is clean, fast and easy. You just need a good syringe with a blunt needle and they are cheap. You can get a 5ml syringe with blunt needle here for 1.50 with free shipping. 5ml Filler Needle
Try one and you will never go back to any other method.

I'm going to disagree with you too Tex.

I don't like the possibility of leftover drops going to waste or having to clean up a syringe. I fill directly from the juice bottle or dropper.

I would guess the transferring to a syringe and having a piece of kit you have to clean would put our filling methods at around the same amount of time.

Different kinda fills for different Jacks and Jills.

I tried the syringe but I don't like messing with the stuffing pushing it down. I usually fill three cartos at a time because I always keep three loaded so I can switch up flavors. I feel that when I drip, go to the next etc until I get a drip out the bottom, I've got it properly saturated the whole way through. I do also drop, bounce them on my desk a little to help the juice settle, especially if it's thicker. With very thick juices like BWB Malty, I let it sit for longer between courses.

You just shoot the left over drops back into the bottle. You don't have to clean them at all. I didn't care for them the first time I tried one but it was because the needle was to small and I was trying to fill it through the small hole in the juice bottle but after I got a good needle and popped the top on the bottle it worked really good.

I don't know what you mean by having to push the stuffing down. I just slide it in next to the wall a little ways holding the carto at an angle for one mill and switch to the other side and fill until I get a drop out or it starts to pool. It only takes about 20 seconds to fill a carto. I usually let them set a little if I do get any drops out the bottom if not I put them on and vape away.

When I was experimenting, I pulled some stuffing out to see how it was saturating and found that on some there were dry spots in the middle, so I prefer to let gravity work, top down. That's just me though, whatever works for you.

I'm also a big fan of the syringe, so I disagree with those who disagree.

I fill from the bottom up a little bit at a time on each side and find that I can get the juice evenly distributed quickly and more easily than dripping from the top. When I'm out and about, I carry 15 ml bottles that have a capped 1 1/2" long blunt needle. However, I still like the longer blunt needles on my syringes better. I mix my own juices, so I use these bottles and syringes often. If you're wondering what I'm talking about on the bottles with capped blunt needle ends:

what i have found that works best in terms of distributing juice evenly throughout carto is that after i fill with syringe, i put the rubber piece back on mouth end and lay the carto on its side on a piece of paper towel or regular towel and roll it back and forth with the palm of my hand very swiftly. this motion seems to disperse the juice into the carto filling evenly and provides a good full vape!
And when i mean "roll it back and forth with the palm of my hand", i am doing so by laying the cartos on their sides on a flat surface.

I've tried the blunt tip syringe method and have trouble getting the needle tip down the side of the carto without squishing down the filler. Haven't tried it with a blunt 18 gauge yet and really don't want to mess with a sharp tip. Is there a trick to it?

I use a sharp tip but you just need to pull the filling over a little bit. these things are not THAT delicate just don't mush it down driving in a dull point.

Do you think they'll ever make a tank system for the Go-Go? Or if they do, then where? I mean I love my Go-Go and all, but I really do like the eGo-T tank system.

So who do you guys contact at cig easy when there's a hardware problem? I ordered a spare ego kit a few weeks ago and one battery was completely shot within a week... I sent emails to a few different addresses, and not a single reply.

Pretty awful customer service if you ask me.

Well I agree, Eric is very responsive to his customers and bends over backyards to keep them happy, I don't think he can help here ...
