My dear Chopper, yours is not 100% VG. Yours IS the best PG/VG blend I've ever had (and better than the 100%VG, I might add). Sheesh. :p

Oh yeah I see 100% VG now.First day with new eye's sorry lol.I was only kidding anyway.I will send you a sample of the Mystery Mist if you'd like?.

Shh...that's a secret lol. That's a pretty long way off still.Trying to get all my ducks in a row so I will have smooth sailing when I open the flood valve lol.But yeah it won't be anything major and everything will be handmade.

Until you start getting so many orders you have to hire employees to help out, and then they can't keep up so you have to outsource some of your parts, and then next thing you know, it's all done by machine and then they become self-aware and vote you out and they move on to making nicotine powered missles while you scream up at the sky about being forsaken and...ok...well, that's the advantage of making things by hand.....

Ok pictures of how I make my tanks.I use a 20ml syringe, mini pipe cutter, hammer, and an old carto to punh a hole in the rubber stopper.Measure your tube and cut then use goo remover to get the writing off the tube.Insert the old carto into the hole on the stopper's and hit the threaded end with a hammer to punch out the center.I forgot to add you need a Dremel to cut the carto for your tank or some other way to cut 2 small slots. Then assemble fill with juice and let soak for about 10 minutes and put a few drops of juice in the top and vape

Welp I had a bunch of 10 and 30 ml syringes and thought I'd give this a try :( Tried twice and both times they leaked out of the battery end. First time I think I made the slits in the cart to low so the next one I just drilled two 1/8" holes about 3/4" up from the bat end and the same results (leaks out the bat end). Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

It will flood somewhat due to the fact that when you put the top on it acts as a vacuum and forces juice into the cart.Just sit it aside for about 10 minutes then blow into the mouth end to clear what ever is left in the air chamber. As devonmoonshire suggested try and just make one cut instead of 2 in the carto.I always make 2 and after the 10 minute wait period I have no flooding. If you try to fill and vape right after then it is going to flood more. The poly needs time to absorb what the vacuum affect has pulled in.Hope this helps you out....

I actually have 4 slots in my tank I made for my Riva and it does just fine after I wait for 10 minutes.2 slots at the bottom and 2 slots diagonal up higher.

I've found I had issues with my dual coil major leaking, I thought possible because the slots were too large relative to the carto. One of the manufacturers of these uses holes not slots and I found this to be the best method.

Predrill a hole to the point where you have a crater but haven't pierced through. Place a spring-loaded center punch in it and whammo...nice hole, slight indent and no metal shards because the metal pieces just fold in as you go through. Does take a measured touch to get a crater but not go through, I got the hang of it very quickly.

Thanks Chopper I'll try refilling and let it sit... I guess I got impatient :) Let you know how it turns out and if you need some 10 or 30 ml syringes let me know.

Also I found a neat washer at Home Depot made by Crown Bolt. It is a metal washer with and attached rubber washer and fits a #8 screw. Bar code is 30699 89228, Model AY-M/46-M/601 DR# 601. Works really well, at least that didn't leak :)

Nice work, I just used a rechargeable dremmel and being able to use it like a huge pen helped me to be able to break through with extreme precision using the 1/16th in engraving bit.

Also I can't see if you have a hole on both sides but I only put a hole on one side of mine and it is working perfectly. I am only vaping about 2 ml a day now. I think it is because it is so efficient it uses way less juice.

I did put holes on both sides because it somehow assures me of even distribution but one will probably work just as well. I've spent a few days vaping different ones I've built and I can tell you, I don't want to vape in the future without one. I plan on making many of them because I usually vape different flavors constantly, I keep my cartos sealed and bagged when they're out of rotation. I'll have then in each of their tanks from now on whenever I start a new carto.

The juice seems to be lasting me a long time too and there's nothing like the constant good hits, but I also think this will extend the life of the cartos, especially for those of that take hits close together and get the carto hot. I don't see how it would burn always being saturated.

Funny thing was I saw some Liquinators at our Phoenix meet last week, everybody was raving about them andso I started researching how to build one... then along came Chopper... Yay Chopper! I've also made one out of a 10cc syringe I got for free at my pharmacy and though it holds less juice I think I prefer the slimmer profile of it...

has anybody tried these Go-Go LR's ?! Go-Go LR Cartos

I tried them a few months ago when they first came out and their resistance values were all over the place and they vaped about the same as the standard. I haven't tried any new ones and don't know if they were ever improved. I see they are listed as unavailable right now.
