Well I just got my order of Go Carts from NHaler and they are still the old style model, but they work great on my Go Go as expected. Filled them up with 2.4 ml of juice before it started dripping out the bottom so lots of juice capacity on this one, and the TH and Vapor are absolutely incredible of course. Gosh I love my Go Go :D

"Maybe this will help you some. This was posted way back before you received your first Go Go. This is easy to follow from SSV2. The trick to getting a full cart is patience.

I have been very successful at getting 3-ml in these Go-Carts providing you fill from the mouth piece end. I use a calibrated 5ml 1-1/2inch 21-gauge syringe and start by plunging needle all the way down to bottom of cart/ pumping aprrox. 1/2 ml at a time and rotating cart to ensure filler is saturated evenly.

I can easily get 2.5ml in at once before I might notice any liquid dripping out of battery end of cart. Usually very little if any..

I will wait about 15 minutes or so and then pump the remaining 1/2 ml in and have no excess leaking out at this point. Filler is completely saturated but not over filled!

I would not recommend filling these from battery end or even poking a paper clip or needle thru battery end because, atomizer sits horizontally in line with center tubing. These carts are unlike most standards where you can fill from battery end because, coil runs vertically up tube and usually will not be effected. Not the case here!

Results may vary depending on viscosity of e-liquid. I can easily get 3ml of any 100% PG based E-liquid without incident.

I have however, filled with several 50/50 blend's and achieved same result using syringe method.

Syringe filling is not for everyone! It is not a requirement.

The point is to keep it as simple as possible ...no fuss no muss!

If dripping works for most people then do whatever works best for you.

I have filled over 50 carts experimenting with a few different methods and using different ratios of PG/Vg e-liquid blends.. Dripping into mouth piece works fine.

I personally prefer the syringe simply because I can note consistancies from repeated fills.

Keep in mind that 20 drops do not actually equate to 1 ml unless we were dealing with distilled water?
I confirmed this by dripping directly into a small calibrated glass gradulated cylinder to measure accuracy of drops in relation to actual ml's.

This is why it is no surprise people are reporting they are getting anywhere from 80-120 drops to fill cart for the first time.

Les017 mentioned blowing into mouth piece end to clear excess liquid that could effect taste and works as a good follow up to topping off during repeated refills! It does work and also helps push any excess juice out of battery end of cart before you attach it back on battery.

Kudos to everyone that has contributed a lot of great info from their own personal experiences with the GO-GO as well the Ego T that has been very helpful to others just stumbling on this thread for the first time

SSV2"

WELL That looks just about perfect for me as I have a 20 Gauge needle 1 1/2 in and a 5 mil measured syringe :D Thank you Scootertramp, that is going to probably be my next fill, although my juice is different as It is an 80/20 or 100% vg at the moment, I must assume I will get a little less with the higher VG thickness values. I am headed to Vapure right now to try some new juice and I think almost all of theirs is mostly if not 100% VG. But I will ask if they have any 50/50 or higher PG value blends :D

Thanks for the tip and Go Go Gone is me :D

OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I have found Heaven all over again :D I just got back from Vapure, and sure enough they had some PG/VG mixes. I picked up Double Chocolate 11mg, Clove 24mg and the best of the best Menthol I have ever tasted, Dry Blend Menthol 18mg. OMG!!! That stuff is heavenly and I was able to fit danged near 3 ML into my carto too using the "Push the syringe down to the bottom and fill that way method. I am Vaping quite happily on my Go Go at this very Moment :D

Excellent! Vape on "Darth Vapor"!!! I'm glad his method worked well for you! I have followed SSV2's advice to letter from day one and have never had a problem. But then it's easy to follow the advice of someone I admire and respect dearly. This is by far the best experience of my life! HUM, Double Chocolate? Sounds like an idea! lol:headbang:

Oh Yeah!! The Double Chocolate 11mg mixes beautifully with the 24 mg Cherry flavor for a Chocolate Cherry flavor. And add a little bit of pepperminthol to the mix and it is perfect for me :D

Let me put this here to if you are having trouble getting the cart,o to fire right you can try to lift the center post of the cart,o by putting a paper clip in the hole a little bit to get the center post to move up a bit it is just like the battery,s the post is floating.

That is real good information and one to keep in the toolbox. I knew the charger post and the battery post could be raised but I didn't know the carto center post could be raised also. That would solve any bad connection problem between carto and battery.

Hey guys, I have a couple ??? How many times can I refill a cart before I need to clean it, I think I topped one off about 4 times and it develprd a real hard draw. Tried a new one and its got that wonderful easy draw and tons of vapor. What causes the hard draw.
Also should I only dry burn the coil after I clean it and it's empty. or can you dry burn it with juice in it.
Also whats the new improved carto your talking about.
Love this thing when its got the light draw. Would the low res ones stay cleaner??
Also should the center tube be lined up directly with the hole in the moutnpice , mine all seem to be off to the side.
Thanks for your help....Al

Jury's out on that. Some are still filling and using original carts after 3 weeks, some have decreased efficiency after 4 or 5 refills. Depends on the juice, probably. They are disposable, actually and they're only 3 bucks each..
Can't comment on the hard draw, though. Usually when one of mine needs filling I get a light airy draw with no vapor or taste. Then I fill it and everythings OK. I guess I haven't had a carto die on me yet to experience the hard draw.
Some people are saying the CigEasy gen2 cartos are better than the Nhaler/Cigeasy 1st generation cartos with the paper wrap. I'm not very much help here as I've had no problems with either vendor's cartos or cleaning/refilling them, regardless of gen1/2. Good to hear you're loving the gogo when it's working right for you. Be nice to know what juice you're using to tighten the draw on the carto.

I refilled my first one twenty times before I started losing vapor and flavor but it never got tight. I have had them get tight when i first filled one but blowing back through the mouth piece cleared it. You might try that and see if it loosens up the draw if you haven/t already.

I haven't tried a dry burn on any yet but Les has. In order to do a dry burn you have to remove all the filler. The new cart isn't much different just the air tube is a little longer and they were painted and didn't have the sticker paper on them. The LR isn't much different and might give you a little more vapor but I really can't tell much difference. I've only tried one though and that was tonight so I haven't checked them out much because my others have been working so well. The center air tube shouldn't matter if it is directly under the mouthpiece hole.
