Go to First New Post not working

Hasn't worked for me on any threads since the site came back.
Always goes to the first post on the top of the page where the new post is.
So, for now, I've changed my settings to 5 posts per page.
At least now, I only have to scroll down a couple of posts to find the next new post, but of course, it's a pain in the .... at other times only having 5 posts per page.
I use the feature constantly, so I hope it gets fixed.

This is a little hiccup. For now I can live with this, it beats what I was going through the last couple of days of constantly getting booted out and then having to clear history and cookies. Then hoping and crossing my fingers I can get back in....only to be booted off again 10 minutes later.
It will get fixed.

Well I did jinx myself. Worked just fine for a day, now it goes to the top of the page that my last post was in.
My conspiracy theory is that the mods are testing us to see how dedicated we are to the forum, with these glitches. The most dedicated member will receive a lifetimes supply of black delrin driptips. The ones that whine the most will have their battery chargers confiscated

I'm okay with it for now. I was a member for months before I figured out what the blue button was for.

We expect that these issues will be fixed by midweek next week.
Everything on the site has been changed: moved to new host, got new servers, moved from Apache to Nginx webserver, experimenting with server cluster, etc etc.
The biggest single problem for us right now is Tapatalk as it is wrecking the forum. It is one of the most poorly coded apps on the web after Internet Exploder 6.

Tappy tally sucks. Just open ECF in your phones browser much better that way

Agreed X2. I use Safari on my iPad and laptop to read and post to all of the forums I belong to.
I know I've said it before but the Tapatalk tagline is incredibly annoying.
And now it would appear that Tapatalk is causing everyone grief while the forum's IT team trys to resolve those issues
