can anyone tell me how to set up a goblin mini without it getting burnt every few sips.. have been coiling over & over again.. thanks

Can you tell more about your setup so that we can give more opinions? Coil setting eg: Type/Gauge/Diameter/ and also your wicking concerns. Wattage?
Probably a combination of wicking and wattage. The coils aren't going to make a whole lot of difference as far as burnt/dry hits.
The key problem is that you aren't getting enough juice to the coils. You'll get one or two good hits, then crap, burn, suck... Then a little later you'll get a decent hit or two before the process repeats. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you're probably using cotton for wicks. There is a large likely-hood that either it's too tight in the coil, or you're blocking off the juice channels too much.

pretty much what kaezziel said. your likely adding too much cotton. i just got the mini in today and that thing is hard to assemble the wicks are packed tightly in the juice channel but when packed into the coils themselves they are fine. I cut my cotton pretty close to the coils that way it goes right into the juice well but it is still somewhat tight. took in a few puffs earlier it did fine im running mine at about 37watts
That's one of the reasons I don't like cotton. I picked up a Silver Play V2 (Similar to the Goblins), but I wick mine with rayon and it'll drain the tank completely dry without a single burnt hit... and that's with .35 ohm coils on an Invader Mini at 45W...
i would assume the key to building on a goblin is building close to the deck and posts as possible that way you are not using so much cotton and shorting traveling for juice. for me i screwed up my build so i would expect it to get a burnt flavor i'd be surprised if it didn't.
You really should give rayon a try, Jacob... even with a crappy build, it'll still wick all the juice. Check out the rayon thread if you want to see the tips and see the success others are having with it: Rayon Part 2
i haven't heard of rayon before. looks nice i will probably buy some and check it out. so far cotton isn't working for me i think majority of my builds are having wicking issues. i use japanese cotton
The biggest tip/trick with rayon is: Pack it tightly in the coil (way tighter than you would cotton), but trim the tail density down very thin... basically you want so much inside the coil that you would think it would choke off (rayon shrinks down when wet/cotton expands). And, if you were to wick an RDA, as few as 15 strands of rayon for a tail will wick the deck dry. I like it even more than japanese cotton... it's a very clean flavor and it wicks even better. Oh, and it's harder to scorch.
you know of any in store suppliers? that are US wide? would like to pick some up instead of buying online seems like a beauty product but i live in Hawaii not a lot of stores here sell much but the usual cotton balls

If there's any other beauty supply store that's closer to you, it might be worth checking out... if not, then hit a Sally's. Good news is, you'll only have to buy 1 box. Ever. It'll be about 3 lifetime supply's worth. LOL
0.0 unless I manage to burn it or don't know how to wick it lol. my friend lives near one of the sally's so I told her to buy it for me and ill pay her back so I wont get it until Thursday probably will rebuild my goblin by then. I'm not getting a lot of vapor from it atm even my aspire triton puts out more vapor with the same juices
No, I don't boil mine. I usually pull quite a bit out of the box and put some in a ziploc baggie for easier portability... If you read through the Rayon thread that I linked to earlier, then you shouldn't have too much of a problem wicking with it. In fact, stop by the thread and say hi. Everyone over there is really friendly and super helpful. JeremyR is like the 'Rayon Godfather'...
Sounds like you have too much cotton jammed in the coil(s,).
What I do is have the cotton tight in the coil but still able to slide freely in the coil.
Using that method my GMini feeds like a freight train, and I use 70/30 DIY juice.
