I believe that 1 of the reasons My progress in the past was super slow is smoking which killed my apatite (eating is a huge part in a work out) and poisoned my body in such a way that my muscles didn't develop as fast as they should have .

now after jogging for a while , I feel that it's a good time to start working out properly and see what will happen without cyanide and other poisons in my blood system.

any1 felt a change in the work out after switching to vaping?

I have felt a huge change, some of it physical, and much of it mental. Aside from the analogs impacting my workout, I ways always very self-conscious about smelling like cigarettes, especially in the gym (regardless of how many Breath Savers I would pop in my mouth before going in). As mentioned, a great side effect to losing the analogs was an increase in my appetite....allowing me to hit my nutrition macros easier throughout the day.

Maybe I'm the only one...it felt the same even after quitting analogs...I still hit vape before and after my workouts...at least I don't smell like sweat and cigs now..

You are not alone. Still work out like I used to. I do not hit the weights as I did 20 years ago but I was a heavier smoker then.
