going through used cartos

So as the title says, i've been going through my used/need to wash carto box and found about 4 out of 20 carts that i felt comfortable with reusing. I just thought this was a pretty clear representation of my taste buds beginning to come back. I vaped some of them and was like "my god, did i really vape it till it tasted that bad" lol. Some of them i didn't even bother vaping because it was pretty noticeable that it was brownish near the center wrap and i wasn't even going to bother at that point.

It's just kind of funny because i didn't think my sense of taste came back all that much in this short time, but it seems more of it's come back than i originally thought .

Oh yeah, for the record i havent had an analog for a little over 2 weeks now.

How about your sense of smell? That came back to me about 2 weeks in and after smoking for 30+ yrs its torture all the bad smells I never noticed!! My poor grandbaby wets his diaper and it about sends me over the edge!!

sense of smell is a definite. Cigarette smoke kind of makes me nauseous when i am around it now. I feel kind of hypocritical having to walk away since i used to smoke just a short time ago, but it really smells horrid to me now. there are various other things as well. Mainly walking around at work i smell a lot of things i never smelled before. Some good and some bad, but, in that case, it's nice to be able to smell either way--be it good or bad.

Within 3 days I really didn't like walking into our Garage...where I used to (and my wife still does) smoke...OMG what a foul smell that is!
Grats on no analogs for two weeks too...thats awesome!
I'll admit I've had about 3 smokes since I started on the 14th. I lie to myself and say it is because I ordered the wrong str nico juice heh
But still only 3 cigs in 2 weeks..when I had a 1.5 pack a day habit for 20 years!

Did you try a good wash before you tossed them? Sometimes the juice is a darker color. Like vanilla or coffee.

agreed, I had tossed quite a few of my older stock carto's from near 3 months ago before i realized that the juice in them was actually that dark!


now, i have pulled out the seal and mouthpiece on many of them to see that its how they look new too...... when their done, givem the old rinse'n'blow and they're good as new!

you know, now that you mention that i prolly should have washed em first then taken a look. some of the ones i threw out were coffee-type flavors. i still have a little more to go through, guess i better wash before i make a judgement on them this time around. Some of them tasted burnt when i tried em and i just tossed em, but the iffy ones i shoulda kept. ah well, now i know better for next time. Thanks for pointing that out .
