Going to try 808 again.

Hi,
I pretty much gave up on 808 a while ago mainly because you have to take super long drags. Now that there are all these new more efficient cartomizers for the 808, I might give them a try again. Just wondering if they are all the same. The ones I know of are:

V4L premium
Nhaler mega
Vapornine turbo
Cigeasy gold label
Litecig premium

These are alll in the USA and I am in Canada, and would like to get the right one the first time. Are they all the same cartomizer?

No, at V4L, for example there are three versions now available:
1- Cool
2- Premium
3- the third kind

(for the V4Ls, more specific details available in the supplier subforum downstairs.)

They're for the same thread model, yes, but there are different kinds.

I know the V4L premium and Vapornine turbo are pretty close to the same. Speaking for the V4L Premiums, they are low resistance, and better suited to battery use, rather than pass-through use.

From what I read, and what I've vaped, cartomizers are all getting better, in general. Have fun with the selection, and remember the air-holes on your battery will have a bit to do with how well any cartomizer hits. and smiley face

The new WOW cartomizers at V4L are worth the extra $2. I was buying cheaper ones, then tried these and am sold on them. They last a lot longer and have better hit and vapor.

I've used the V4L premium and coolcarts, and the cigeasy gold label. all three are far better than the old carts. With these, even on my old batteries with 5 second cutoffs, I rarely hit the cutoff, while with the old carts, that was just getting started. Overall I prefer the coolcarts and the gold label (these are very similar to me... they may even be exactly the same thing, idk) but there are some flavors that i prefer in a premium blank, so they have their place too.

I am off cartos now, but before I quit them I used 2 on your list. The V4L premium and the VaporNine Turbos.

The V9's blew the V4L out of the water. I found that for how superior the V4l Premiums were to stock 808 blanks is how superior the V9's were to the V4L's. Not only did they trump the VL's on taste & vapor but they were so damn hard to get hot.

I kept a few V9 blanks even though I am all about the LR 901's from IkenVape on my Mr. Puffer now. Cartos are handy.

This is great info!! I'm also tired of wasting my money on inferior made cartos. I will gladly spend the extra money for quality.

As mentioned the V4L Cool carts and Nhaler mega's are similar/same as the V9 Turbo's. The Cigeasy gold label are suppose to be as well. I can't comment on the Litecig Premium.

There is no such thing as a WOW cartomizer, they are the same cartomizers.

WOW only means they're using the new liquid recipe called Wow.

I think he meant coolcarts those are the news one from V4L. Their old ones are called premium which has a lower resistance. The coolcarts are the one that most ppl use for higher voltage

Ok, I see what you mean now.
That makes sense too, with the advent of the wow moniker, the new cool carts could very well be the wow carts

(I guess they're better on premium voltage though?)
