I just got my first mech mod and had a 2cent... But i think its dead now... The mech mod is a kts frim fasttech with 1 panasonic cgr18650ch batt in it... Is it safe for me to vape on my mod without the vapesafe?... I tested the coil on a vamo and it reads 0,8?

IMO most people don't use safety fuses. They can fail also which you found out. A protected battery would give you some protection but they could fail also. The Panny is your safest way to go but at .8 ohms I would be a little leary. That is going to put a strain on your battery. Please be careful.
