my neighbor makes up some of her own juices...not bad but I'm not fond of tobacco flavors....so she has given me some base that is 50/50 to try. ......with this all I need to do is add some flavoring which I have from flavor Art......is that correct ?

bottle says 12mg 50/50
so adding flavoring and sweetener I should be in business right?

Basically, yes. Whatever amount of flavor you add will reduce the nic % and vg/pg slightly. But this is all you need to try it. Along with a way to measure and something to put it in....
