The reason that you have VV is so that you can turn the voltage DOWN! Adjust the voltage to where the carto/atty and the juice tastes best, and forget about them needing to work at some imaginary magic voltage.
The carto/juice combination that I'm using right now works best at 3.4v, so that's where my PV is set.

The Punched! Ikenvape Platinums are my favorite variable voltage cartomizer for my tanks. They are single coil and have two laser-drilled holes. Get the STD for 35mm standard size cartos, MEGA for the XL 45mm carto.

Ok I did it. Got 30. Used ecf5 discount, got multi discount and made it to the $50 free shipping privilege. If these don't work with my flanged Pyrex tank I'd like to know what tanks you use they fit the best because I'm in the market for some more extra tanks anyway. If you you see this Thanks 45 mm tall

Oh I know that much already, but I was just curious if anything actually does work at that voltage and doesn't produce a burned flavor. I personally keep mine at 3.8. Thanks for the replys to all who were so quick to do so :)

I've used the flanged Smoktek cartos on non-flanged tanks, and visa versa (non-flanged cartos on a tank that came with flanged cartos). The only requirement is that the carto length matches the tank length.

I use a variety of pyrex tanks, including some from Valley Vapes, Hoosier Vapes, High Desert, and my favorite IBTanked. I even have few Smoktech Polypropylene cartotanks still in use.

Ive found this simple equation to be pretty accurate to get you in your ideal taste range for juices using VV.

    2.0 ohms + 2 = 4 volts

So for 4.8 volts youre looking at 2.8 to 3.0 ohms

You can also go longer on carto length in your tank if you want. I use a standard size tank with an xxl carto. I do this to make filling easier I just pry the top cap off and slide it up the carto.

Definitely dont want to get one thats too short though.
