There is a few good cheap juices a lot of ok cheap juices but for great juice it isn't cheap.
I like Cutwood, Gemini, Halo, Vaping Rabbit, Cosmic Fog, Cape Fear. To me there is a huge difference between cheap and the higher priced ones.
I have a ton of money in gear why skimp on the juice.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention ITC Vapes. Their juice is surprisingly cheap for how good it tastes, seriously on-par with some of the heavy-hitters. They have a lot of long-steep flavors in their lineup, whereas most cheap juice (usually) there isn't much difference from steeping.

+1 on Azure. I've been vaping the Blatantly Blueberry in their Fog Yourself line - tastes like the fruit in Blueberry Pancakes. It's my 'All Day Vape' in my Subtank Nano. I don't think it's on their web site yet, but you can always give them a call. $10 for 33ml bottle. I had to pick some up today before the 'big snow' would've left me stuck until Saturday without it. lol

Good tasting cheap juice is still elusive. I've gone through most of them and am afraid of the rest. I am almost ready to mix my own.
What would be your budget and would you be willing to buy in bulk?

I didn't care for Mount Baker, ITC or Vape Wild juices. The best inexpensive juices I've had so far are Dr. Crimmy's (60ml for $20 and 125ml for $30) and Casey Jones Mainline Reserve (30ml for $11.99 and 120ml for $27.99). Both are smooth and tasty with excellent flavor even at high VG.
I've heard a lot of good things about White Label Juice Co (120ml for $19.99) but I only ordered it today, so I can't attest to the quality of that one yet.

Dekang juicy peach.. You won't get much cheaper and it tastes nice to me. Get it from heaven gifts for $3.15 for a 30ml bottle, you can get 5 bottles for $15, pay the express post of $20 and have it to your door within 3 days. 5 bottles in 3 days for $35.. Not bad.
Mt baker vapor. They have to rest. I bought thug juice and out of the box it was terrible cough syrup, gave it a month and it's awesome, just don't order it with extra shots, the menthol will get to you.
mtbakervapor.com is a solid choice for cheap juices with a bunch of different options (pg/vg ratios, flavor shots, nicotine levels, wholesale discounts, etc.), but really there's a lot of choices online and you can't really go wrong with chucking the reviews.
Steamjunk is probably my favorite brand of ejuice. I have about 60 different brands of ejuice sitting on my desk and I always go back to their ghostberry or Gargoyle. The shop I get it from also allows me to customize my VG/PG mix on the spot. Next to Steamjunk I would say Delaware Vapor or Ruthless
