Good chip for box mod

Can anyone here direct me to a) the best chip to use to make a vw box mod that I plan to use with my kraken rba which I normally wrap at 0.5ohms and b) a good cheap source for said chip? I would greatly appreciate any input available. Thanks all!

sx350 is probably the way to go simply because you can upgrade the firmware. It's about $75 though which is a bit pricey.

I have also been kicking this idea around for a while. The question I have is how low can it fire? I'd say that $75 is worth it if you would gain a significant amount of wattage maybe from 30 to 50 or something like that.

I don't think it has a cutoff like other chips. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
