Good Customer Service?

Just want to know what every one considers good customer service?
If you ordered from a website and 8 days passed with 2 unanswered inquirers and still your order was not shipped
would you consider this acceptable?

nope, if it's JUST like you say - I'm out, delete their bookmark from my hardrive
and my mind...

with SO MANY GOOD VENDORS out there, I don't fool with (chock it up as a life exp)

if they come back with a good explanation, gifts, freebies
(trying to retain me as a customer) then make the decision :facepalm:

but by then I probably found a new FAV Vendor...

If they are a manufacturer of e-liquid that might be normal for them. I know I stopped ordering from one company because I never knew how long it would take to get the order. 2 weeks seemed to be normal for them, but it wasn't consistent.

If it's hardware you're waiting on, I'd think there is some kind of problem.

I would not consider this acceptable.

I would have to say that I may have lucked out but most all the vendors that I have shopped with online will answer an email within hours! THAT gets them more business from me and is great service in my book.

(I placed an order this morning and 1 hour later, I got an email stating that it had shipped.) :)
