Good morning my friends hope ya'll doing well.. Ramadan just started here and " Fasting " isn't easy as last years :/

It's good to see you, bigoted. My mother passed in 2003, so I understand the sadness that comes with that first year afterwards, getting through special occasions without the loved one. (((hugs))) Are you still able to vape during Ramadan?

Late night drive by... Larkfour I'm unfortunately going to be working most of the weekend..but hopefully it will pay off and hubby and I can escape the madness next weekend for an annual family camping outing
Swer...I know it's tough when you are trying to find things you like... have you tried the Strawberry Shortcake or Bella Amaretto? Those are two I really like.
Hope everyone has a Great Weekend..we are going to be above 100 degrees for the next 3-5 days...yuck..

bigoted....hope Ramadan goes well for you. This is the most challenging time of the year for it to fall I would think. We use to do a five day fast to show support for many of our neighbours but I confess we've cut that back the last couple of years for various reasons. I've been wondering how the Olympic athletes will manage? Will they still fast and compete?

Thank you Kitty I pray forgivness from God for all whom passed away... as for vaping during Ramadan well i can't as it's prohibited to eat or drink or taste anything from the sun rise to the sunset ^.^ kinda hard but it not that bad to feel the people in like Ginia or anyone who got no food or even no water but after the sunset am able to eat and drink and vape as much as i want )

Thank you it's going well second day and it's not that bad just the high temp. here make us so thirsty .. as for the athletes i guess they'll fast and compete it'll be a big challenge but faith does it all

Well as it's only for people whom above 18+ years old it's fine , and you can bypass fasting in a day or something only if you're sick or if you're traveling then you can bypass that day and replace it with a day/days after ramadan

but to be honest i get so much thirsty during the day , i don't care for food so much just water and NIC. -.-' and when i'm able to drink or vape i take a puff or 2 then i'm kind of get unconscious hehe...
but all get edited during this month , like work-time hours lets say my usual work hours is from : 7 am - 4 pm
in Ramadan it's from : 4 am ( just after we eat to get ready for fasting ) - 11 am ... and after that i mostly sleep

Thanks for clearing that up Bigoted. It's very intresting. I imagine the fasting has its benefits such as detoxing and cleansing of the organs and blood. I have done a few short fasts myself (days) but nothing close to what you guys do during Ramadan and always had water on hand.

Tell me if i'm being nosy but I wondered what happens if you are caught "cheating" during Ramadan? Like, if you snook in a vape or downed a drink what do people say?

Good morning, VVers!

It was a bit cooler yesterday and will be today, too. So, I didn't feel too badly heating up the oven to bake a pound cake last night. The eggplant parm will be done today, that is, if the fried eggplant strips make it into the baking dish. Wouldn't they be delicious on pizza?

kitty jr is going through a growth spurt, he is a WILD A%$ KITTY! He "sprayed" yesterday for the first time. That little potential problem will be FIXED next Friday if ya know what I mean

Morning! Last night I cleaned my PV's and tanks and loaded up with VV juices (Kona Velvet Milkshake, Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Cake, Mango, and the last of my precious Kona Coffee Milkshake). I should be set for the week!
