Good Morning. Have a wonderful visit w4choc. Now that I have some tastebuds back from quitting ciggies, I splurged and purchased some "Kona Coffee" at Trader Joes. I have never had real Kona before ( or any expensive coffee) so I do not know if this is the real deal or not. This coffee is very smooth and I can actually taste berry notes in it, and as it cools a chocolate type note of flavor. Dripping a bit of my KCM, still needs more steeping time.

Oh, Larkfour - isn't Kona one of the smoothest coffees? It's delicious, and I'm pretty sure Trader Joe's Kona is the real deal. If you ever want something out of this world in smoothness (but very expensive), Jamaican Blue Mountain is incredible too. Can't wait until I get the tastebuds back to actually savor things like that! Makes me wonder how many foods I used to love I'll end up disliking once I can really taste them.
