Good Morning VVer's...don't ask me why I am up so early on a Saturday morning, but my little dog decided he wanted his bone that was down stairs and made sure to bark loud enough to let me know!

This book is worth a read. I know Annette and others here have read it and also recommend it. Truly it is an eye-opener on grain based foods and how the ceral companies are involved in the whole thing, how it detracts from your animals health and has all kinds of recipes and diets within. I have an old edition but he is constantly updating the book to reflect our changing times. Honestly, if you buy any book about your pet, this is the one to get.

I can't seem to wrap my mind around the fact that today is Saturday. It seems like it should be Monday. I had a crazy busy birthday week with a friend flown in from California to keep me company. Good afternoon VVers! I know I haven't been here in a while - too many things going on. Looks like there are some new (to me anyway) folks here - good to see! It has been freezing here, so I'm staying home and will clean and rebuild my vivi novas and fill em all up with some of Annette's wonderful juices for the week. Since I have been away, I was wondering if there are any new versions of the vivi novas or other new devices folks are using? LOL, Loopy. I did indeed hit the pause button...and will continue on Slow Forward today. <<---heh we need a Slow Forward button! The rest of the day I plan to pretend I am in a hammock resting my eyes in this beautiful, refreshing weather. It's hard to believe the weather is so nasty elsewhere. Stay warm as you can and hang in there, and stay healthy!

Good Morning VVer's! Just got in from taking the dogs out and it is FREEZING out here!!
Yesterday it was in the 40's at least and now it has to be in the 20's..my storm door was almost froze shut from all the rain we got and then the cold air...brrrr....looks like driving to work should be real fun with all the frozen water that will be out there.
