It was gorgeous at the pool. Great big floor to ceiling windows showing off those huge fluffy falling snowflakes.
If you would of told me last October that I would do the front crawl for 150 yards, I would have said you were nuts!
Total swim today 500 yards (I do have to hang onto the pool edge after every 50 yards panting like a loon).
Thanks again Annette for being so supportive when I was investigating e- cigs!! And thanks again to you too Tyleris, and everyone else here at VV for holding my hand, while I'm learning to get healthy again. I really didn't think I could quit smoking after 39 years of loving my ciggies.

I didn't think I could quit after 40, but here we are...and I celebrate for both of us...and for all of us.:headbang:

Good morning eveyone, I am pretty new, to this whole thing in general, but I really like the folks around here and figured I would introduce myself, My actual name is Lyle, last name actualy Devine, I have never felt the need to have a "handle" so that's what it is. I am 30, smoked off and on since high school, but was a pretty regular pack a day fella for the last year, half a pack a day for the last 4 years, Newport was my brand, and sometimes Al Capone's and Djarum's Clove Cigarettes. I am married with two baby girls, I am a pacifist, with some strong femminist tendencies, "Christian" -my first degree in ministry, (Not mail-order) and finishing my second degree in Criminology, I am a human rights advacate, anti-death penalty, I support the LGBT/Q community, and Gay Rights, I love to read, and because of a wonderful chapter in Leo Tolstoy's "The Kingdom of God is Within You" I have "Heretic" tattooed on my left wrist. I am sort of an ink junky, with pieces from some of the best artists locally. I live in Michigan, it's cold right now, later is anyones guess. Okay I think that about covers it.

Thanks Joanr:) I'm very excited and now my Strawberry Shortcake juice will have a nice new home. I am exhausted and didn't want to get up for work this morning..boy were we busy! Am now home, trying to catch up and having a little lunch. Everone have a Great Weekend.......

Welcome Lyle...

You know it's funny, so many vendors sell Strawberry Shortcake juice but after trying a few when I first started vaping last year they were not too good. I just knew Annette's would be perfect! I have a 30ml bottle coming to me on Monday, and I can't wait since my little 6ml bottle was gone the first day.

Sniffing my empty KCM sample bottle, last night, led to a nightmare. I was drinking a milkshake and unable to run after postal workers who would not share their vaping supplies. I woke up in a cold sweat with sore ankles.

After all that swimming yesterday, it is not my gluts, quads, or hamstrings that are sore, it's my ankles! I have to walk on my tip toes. Lol.
