Hello all, I have been busy for a bit, with my thesus... on the 'Complicity of Consumerism in Human Exploitation.' Good thing I like writing. Anyway I have to go check out the new flavors, that I hear you all talking about, I hope that a clove tobac is in the future, not sweet, but nice and spicy and dry, maybe a little sweet on the exhale. What do I know, I've been tempted to try TV's Kretek, as I hear that it beats most out there, via GrimGreen. But if anyone can I know Annette can do it.
Annette - Oh Fun - Now I get to imagine you out in the world flying down the byways and highways in running shoes. Normally, I imagine you with long curly tresses flying about your e- kitchen, dressed something like mother nature, as you swirl and twirl up exotic vaping combinations.

Now me on the other hand, although I find them very inspiring, I'm still sitting on my duff. I am a SLUG! I think that my muscles have atrophied to the point of no return. LOL

Tomorrow does not bode well for me! Normally I only have one of my daughters pushing me along, tomorrow they are both coming! I swear, I am not trying to inspire anyone, lol, I am being tortured and need sympathy!! I have been informed that I am suppose to swim 400 yds tomorrow as fast as I can, then bike for 10 minutes, then walk on the treadmill for an entire 1/2 hour, then start using the weight machines! Good God they are going to need to take me out on a stretcher!!!

LOL, Larkfour! Actually, I've been jumping rope (it's great exercise) or doing one of those 8 minute work outs you can download from YouTube (all I have time for!). Keep giving us your updates! It reminds me how important it is to find the time to work up a sweat, if only for a few minutes!
If anyone thinks about it, I'd appreciate any good thoughts sent my way! I'm hoping to get a call about getting into a new school program & it's been stressing me out beyond all belief- and I don't normally stress easy! On top of that, the USPS is apparently holding my VV shipment hostage or something, they haven't updated the shipping status in 2 days, so I'm assuming my new & delicious juices won't be arriving today. I know it might be weird asking for good energy from people I don't really know, but I'm kind of asking for it from everyone right now!
Hi! I want to place an order, so I went to the home page, and tried to find where I can set up a new account. I can find where to log in, but I can't find anywhere that will allow me to set up a new account. I've gone through some of the checkout steps, thinking that it might let me create an account there, but it's either log in, or checkout as a guest.

I don't see a place to create a new account either, so I'm assuming that it does it at the end of the checkout process. Just choose checkout as guest and I think it will give you the opportunity to check mark create an account. Or maybe it does it automatically.

Hope everyone has a Happy Friday.... Kitty...don't beat yourself up, just take things one day at a time, you'll get there. I won't be around much for the next couple of weeks so hold the fort down. I really need to get some work done both at work and home before leaving on vacation next Friday. I spend too much time on the forums some days
Larkfour, you are doing great things for your body. I have a treadmill and exercise bike at home that I use. I also do "girl" pushups and I do stretching exercises. I have panic disorder and exercise helps with that. I totally believe in it and I applaud you for your efforts.

Happy Friday all! Stalking the mailman today for new vapemail. Unfortunately I don't have anything new ordered from Annette (at least not yet). But I do have a new fancy although rather pricey carto punch jig coming. After 2 months of fighting with the saddle valve punch from Lowe's I decided that it was a good investment to get a proper carto punch. Can't wait to punch consistent holes for all of the pretty tanks.
I see the new contest is posted and since my pics inspired the idea... guess I need to post more pretty pics in the contest thread.

Hi Brewlady, to create an account, just check out for the first time and the site will set up an account for you that you can use from then on. I think I'll add a note somewhere to explain it as I know this confuses quite a few people.
