Way to go Larkfour!! I just started climbing myself (well bouldering technically haven't done any Top-Rope yet) about a month ago. Wouldn't be able to do it without having quit cigarettes. I know you're probably sore as can be but that is one of the single best workouts I've ever experienced so keep it up.
Sore calves, owwwww. I think I have one bruise on my back too. On my fourth try up a wall with a bigger outward slant, I lost everything but the grip on the wall with my right hand, and my body swung around smacking my back into the wall. I was hanging there, facing outward, with my daughter telling me to let go. The feeling of falling AND letting go ... Not Natural.

Glad you're better,missy. So weird, Leigh said yesterday "I wonder if Annette has been sick". She got Espresso in vape mail today and she's a happy girl. I MIGHT share some of my absolute Dark Roast Turkish with her when it gets here.
Her cat had three kittens this morning. This might be my sign from above that it's time to welcome a new feline friend into my home. I had to put down my two elderlies within four months of each other two years ago and I swore I could never go through that again...never say never!

Today is my Friday...Yay...since next week I have to work 12 hr. days, so going to enjoy a little longer week-end before then. Hope you all have a wonderful day!! Now off to place an order.....

Ordered 3 sampler packs of the new line. I need to head north and get my mom vaping. She said she wanted more fruit flavors, when I spoke with her on the phone. Her best friend, who had been struggling with emphysema, from smoking, passed away yesterday. My mom spent a lot of time with her, these past few months, helping and supporting.
Whatever plague has been going around, I'm its most recent recipient! I've been coughing so hard I'm on the floor breathless, it's completely ridiculous! I know it's viral, so there hasn't been any point in going to the doctor & after 4 days I'm much improved. I don't know what happened to my immune system, it's like the warranty ran out shortly after I hit 30 (by the way, I'm only 32 now) and suddenly now I get sick at the drop of a hat! The hilarity of all this comes with the knowledge that my health crapped out when I started eating healthy, taking vitamins and getting a normal amount of sleep instead of staying out all night being the life of the party! 6+ weeks without a cigarette and now I get my first bronchial nightmare in about 4 years- Somewhere, someone is looking down on me and laughing!
Obviously I haven't been able to vape all week, but I do have 2 orders on the way! Well, one on the way & the other placed today. In all, it's 3 sampler packs, an ounce of my Strawberry Shortcake and something like a dozen cartos too vape them in! Hopefully my lungs will stop making noises like a car engine that won't turn over and I'll be able to enjoy them all soon.
