Good morning and happy Saturday! Sorry I've been MIA the last couple days. My computer decided to throw in the towel and so far all my resuscitation efforts have been in vain. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve though and begging and pleading on bended knee never hurts either!

Ty and Iowa Gal, it was sooo wonderful to see your two beautiful faces together! I just wanted to reach out and give you both a big hug! Hopefully some day!

I'm so glad you tried the Forbidden Fig, water4choc! I've been addicted to that flavor lately myself! As part of my quality control, I am always randomly grabbing different batches of flavors to make sure everything tastes consistent (I know, such hard work, LOL) and I haven't been able to put the Fig down.

Hi Annette - so sorry about your computer problems. Computers are so wonderful when their working, but a nightmare when they don't.

I am totally enjoying the Forbidden Fig as we speak. I rebuilt my Vivi Nova's using cotton wick. The rebuilt heads with cotton make for a very smooth and more flavorful vape IMO.

Hope you are able to enjoy the weekend, despite the computer problems!

Thank you for such a kind offer, Swer! Actually though, I'm a Mac girl My tech admin is coming by later today (we're working on upgrading the website over the next couple of months, yay!) so I'm going to put him to work and see if he can fix it. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I recently learned how to rewick the Vivi Novas and have now rewicked all of mine using cotton. I watched lots of videos so I could learn and I thought that the one by PBusardo was one of the best: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6_b...eature=related

But, I used organic cotton wick instead of the silica wick used in the video. I suggest you read through some of the threads on building coils. A good one is:

The supplies I used are K32 Kanthal A1 32 Resistance Wire (20 feet) for $3 which I got from houseofhybrids.com and cotton square braid candle wick #1/0 (10 yards) from amazon for $7.99. A few tips - boil the cotton wick for about 10 minutes and let it dry completely before using. Also, burn the wire with a lighter prior to wrapping your wick with it - I think this is to make it a bit more flexible and cleans off any unwanted debri that may be on the wire. Once you have rewicked the vivi nova head, put another very short piece of the cotton wick on top of the coiled wick before you place the little cap on top - I saw this tip in a couple of threads and it seems to work pretty good for me. I also got some "helping hands" from Amazon. They were indeed helpful in holding the cotton wick while wrapping the wire around it.

I've been doing the usual weekend chores, grocery store, laundry, etc. Also make another batch of Peanut Butter Yummies as my three younger sisters devoured the last batch. I took Leigh Ann some, and Denise came and got her share. I'm sure the youngest will be along soon. My neighbors probably think I'm doing something illegal, but you know me...
