LouP, I am just like you...show me a puppy and I want to bring it home!! My son always says can't we get one, but I have to remind him (and myself) that we already have two dogs and that is enough for now...but wouldn't know what to do without the two we have either! If you are dogless, I say go for it...LOL!!

WHOA. I slept until 8:48 this morning!!! What's up with that? I haven't slept this late in years! LOL I feel like half my day is gone. Woo hoo, it's Thanksgiving week! I'm going to get a head start and make the sausage balls today. Hot sausage, sharp cheddar and Bisquick mixed together, rolled into balls, and baked. Spicy and yummy! One of my sisters is coming to spend the night so I'll make two batches and let her munch on them as much as she wants. She is going for a breast biopsy tomorrow so good thoughts are appreciated!
My nephew stopped by with sweet little Kathryn yesterday, and in spite of her runny nose, she broke out in a big grin and reached for her Aunt Kitty. Oh Lordy, I love that baby! She's going to look adorable in the ruffly little Dallas Cowboys diaper cover I bought for her (her daddy's fave team).
I hope all you wonderful VVers have a good, relaxing day...or whatever you want it to be.
P.S. Hmmmm. LouP, are you puppy-ful or puppy-less today?

It is Santa Clause Parade day in town. A million extra people on the streets! The marching bands and bagpipes will probably draw me into the throngs.
That is if I don`t wind up at the dog shelter adopting a soft, brown puppy with big `I will love you forever`eyes....what to do ..what to do...

So....someone else adopted big brown puppy this morning..sigh...I am sure it`s for the best. I think maybe the spring would be a better time to take on puppy training anyway. Having a winter off from those blizzardly early mornings is a good thing.
Perhaps it wasn't time for you Loopy, least he got adopted rather than put down or something.
I did some work on the website this morning but the rest of the day has been the ultimate lazy Sunday! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Good morning, ty! Woot! Short weeks RULE! I have to work Wednesday, but I'm sure they'll let me go early. Then I'm off until next TUESDAY! Ha won't that be nice not having to come in on sucky Monday!
Got my sausage balls cooked and in the freezer, my sister ate ALL of the ones I kept out for her Now I just have to bake the pumpkin pie and cherry pie, and a batch of cookies. I'll do all that Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
Aw, LouP, you're right, it's for the best I'm sure. I am super glad the little cutie was adopted by two little boys and a great big backyard.

Good morning! Well, we're starting to release the tobacco flavors on the website but we're going to wait to combine the tobacco sale with a major after Thanksgiving sale. I'm prepping the newsletter now. We'll have the sale go through the weekend and including Monday which is Cyber Monday. That way no one has to think about taking advantage of the sale during Thanksgiving when everyone should be spending time with family getting fat and tipsy! We also have a bunch of beautiful new designer batteries coming in later today...
