I hope you find your ambition, Ty . How many grandchildren do you have? You look far too young to be a grandma!

Kitty...I love what you did with your umbrella. Very cool ...and sweet.

I've never eaten a whole pan of brownies but... I did eat the better part of a Key Lime Cheesecake once.
It was store bought and I did have to go back to the store and buy another one!

It is dark gray and gloomy here this morning but I am determined to get going on my Christmas shopping.

After husband passed away, I had to move from my sweet little house. While packing up, I found a Jolly Roger umbrella that I had meant to give DH for Christmas the previous year. I got me a silver paint pen and wrote on it so when it's open "Hi honey! I miss you!" is face up to the heavens. I love it and use it all the time.

And please PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one who has ever baked a beautiful pie/cake/pan of brownies and then ate so much of it I had to make another one to cover my tracks. I'm not the only one, right? RIGHT?

I love brownies!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that I got close a few times.

Well LouP, I have two grown daughters, (had them when I was pretty young) and one of them has three children (1 boy & 2 girls), then my youngest daughter has 2 girls. So 5 grandkids total ...and I sure feel too young to have that many!!

Then there is Tyler, who will be 15 in Jan. He was an uncle when he was only 2-1/2 yrs. old!!

Good morning, VVers! Hey Ty, I have an uncle who is three years younger than I. My mom was pg with my sister at the same time my grandma was pg with her last (at age 46 - oops!). My sister and my uncle are the same age.

Still Snowing

One of my friends was up visiting me for the weekend and I tried to bring her back to the train this morning and got stuck three times in a mile. I had to call a tow truck to bring us back home. We are officially snowed in.

Still Snowing... We went from seeing the lawn yesterday to a full 12" of snow tonight.

This is a nightmare! I finally just got someone out here to plow my driveway but they still haven't plowed the roads.
