It was "cold" in Tennessee, had to wear my winter jacket the whole time, there were even a few snowflakes! I thought it was suppose to be warm in the South. Spent two extra days in Clarksville to avoid driving into the storm that ran across the upper Midwest. After a 14 hr drive, arrived home late last night to a foot of fresh snow and very cold temps. I'm definitely ready for some spring weather.

Just got my strawberry granita, pillow dreams, & hunger of Persephone in the mail...
Oooh, I forgot! I do like the Hunger of Persephone, and also the Hawaiian White Guava. They're not all-dayers for me but they're nice when I need a little change of scenery. I hope you enjoy, SouthernLady!

I wanted to like it so bad. I thought it would be good mixed with other flavors, but my sample never really tasted like anything. Sooo sad. I've tried it every few wks and it's been blooming since Oct so I guess it's just not going to develop. Do any of you taste fruit or tart or sweet... mine didn't? I'd like to order again hoping it might have been a rare mistake. I really want a good flavorful Pom!
Hope the weather improves quickly for those of you who are snowbound! We finally got a little cooler for a few days... yay!! I definitely don't miss shoveling or snowblowing... seriously hard work, especially before or after a day of hard work.

Sunshyne...I think maybe your tastes are similiar to mine. I do enjoy my Hunger of Persephone but it's not a favourite. It is an odd one to me too in that I don't detect any fruit that resembles pomegranate ...either fresh or steeped.
Now, the Peach Perfect....it tastes just like a fresh, ripe peach. Same with Celestial Honeydew and Juicy Watermelon. Fresh fruit. Delish.

Hiya, Loup!!! So nice to see you! The lab is coming along but it's a lot of work--a lot of red tape with state and local regulations to wade through which is what's slowing us down. It's going to be gorgeous when it's done though. Ah, dancing! I'll make sure to squeeze in at least a few fabulous songs this weekend in your honor! Hugs to you!
