Hi TXMom and I really appreciate your honesty. The responses you've gotten have been so very true. A lot of the reason I like the folks in ECF is that we are in this together. I love being part of a community that is incredibly supportive. Everyone's journey is different. Some of us smoked after we started vaping. Some haven't. The point is that we honor each other and value everyone's experience. Sharing your story here will give hope to at least one other person.

Thank you for sharing your experience. You will have analog free time again and it will happen one day at a time. Keep the vape and namaste. Know you are not alone.

One thing I have learned from experience is not to count your days quit, cigs avoided, etc. It only puts pressure on you, which could lead to giving up.

I quit on day one. I was lucky. Most are not. Other vapers I have spoken with started out keeping count but realized quickly that when they did "slip up" and smoke a cig they put undue pressure on themselves, which lead to smoking even more cigs.

This is a journey, just like life. You will slip as often as you will prevail. It is obvious that you do not enjoy smoking anymore but it did get you through when you couldn't vape. As long as you vape more than smoke you are headed in the right direction.
