From my personal view in RBA's, the chobra or cobra clone is easier to build compare to the AGA-T in terms of the positive post and wicking hole as the cobra clone is nearer...easier to eliminate hotspot especially using the drillbit method. Like my Pinoy comrade always says, "it's all in the built" when it comes to RBAs. Good luck with yours, I'm sure the lads here in ECF is more than willing to share their set ups. I'm also new to this forum and "Hi!".
