So I'm new to vaping, just got 2x Protank 3's and my MVP 2.0 in on Monday... Liking it so far, but I wanna see what else is out there. The MVP came with an iClear 30, which is OK, I really don't like how tight the draw is + the plastic tank. What glass tanks (It would seem the flavors that interest me crack plastic tanks) would y'all recommend besides the Protank's that have a good, open flow?

Also, I kinda want a dripping setup to test flavors but I have no clue where to start... I know you just drip the juice onto the head, can I just drip juice through the driptip on my protanks? Or would I need to modify something on the replaceable coils? Thanks :)

There's a couple of options similar to the ProTank, the Davide gets good reviews.

There's a couple of ways to drip. One os the cheap route, getting a 510 threaded dripping atty, like this:

Kanger 510 Horizontal Coil Cartomizer

There different brands and quality, google HH.357 for the higher end of that kind of carto. To use them, you just put them on your MVP drip 4-5 drips of liquid, put in the drip tip, and vape. They're cheap, and work well. Make sure you get the kind without holes (punched) or a air hole in the bottom. Non-bridged versions are out there too, that are supposed to provide better performance.

The other way is using rebuildables, like an IGO-W, or a KayFun Light. That's involves a lot more work and money, it's not really for beginners. It involves rebuildng coils and wicking them.

Don't drip with a Kanger. You'll burn the wick, dry hits are no fun! :) It's not designed to do that, the dripping atty.'s and rebuildables are.

If you don't mind the work of hole punching or slotting, my favorite carto tank I've used so far is the j-tank from electronixsticks.

Um... Hole punching? Slotting? No clue what either of these are in relation to vapes :(

And thank you, Billy, I do eventually want to go the RBA route but since I'm a hands on learner I'm scared to make the jump... There's a local vapor shop but I'm not sure they would be of much help, something about the way they run themselves tells me they know enough to sell a customer but not enough to really be of help once you know what you're talking about.

I dislike dual coil atomizers because to me they eat up liquid too quick, i prefer the Protank 2.

If you want top of the line quality and don't mind the price get the Kayfun.

I honestly have the best luck with cheaper tanks; vision vivi nova, vision victory, iclear 30s, and so on. I have used 'top of the line' tanks before, if I recoil some cheaper ones that are able to be rebuilt then I get about the same vape. To each their own, this is totally my opinion only.

for carto tanks they have prepunched cartos but i find those not to feed too well. so you have to punch holes or slot them. slotting involves a dremel tool but i could never perfect that so i stuck with punching. you can use either of these

Aluminium Cartomizer Punch V4

AGS Cartomizer Punch Tool

the first one seems a bit expensive but its honestly the best thing ive seen for punching cartos.
