I was thinking about already upgrading to the Snow Wolf 200w from my eleaf iStick Pico.

Would this be much of/a good upgrade?

I don't really use my vape for tricks or anything if that would contribute towards an answer.

What don't you like about the Pico? People usually upgrade for more power, more features, or for hobby (or 'cause it's COOOOL :w00t: )

I don't have a snow wolf, but I think it's a good mod. I only have a couple of multi-battery mods. I have never gone much above 50W, mostly because I don't care for too warm of a Vape.

Not gonna tell you yes or no. Each person's style is his or her own. I really find it's the topper that makes the most difference.

As long as YOU enjoy the results, it's something good to have :)

The Snow Wolf is stupidly big and heavy. I would look at many other smaller and less expensive mods before the SW200.

Plus it is only a two 18650 battery mod, so it won't really hit a full 200w anyways.

I have owned one for almost a year and I don't use it nearly as much as my lighter/smaller box mods...

So many mods to choose from. The beauty of vaping, doesn't matter what I think, if you like it get it. Just make sure it's lowest wattage is compatible with your attys.

I like other things better at the snow wolf price point. But would definitely recommend a dual 18650 mod.

Sure, lots of folks migrate to ether 2x18650 mods or 26650 mods for the extra battery life and when greater than 60-75W is desired.

King of battery life AND 200W:

iJoy Limitless Lux - 2x26650 (batteries included). Big and heavy power house.

I really find it's the topper that makes the most difference.

    :thumb: This!!

Battery devices merely supply electrical power to fire a coil. How much power do you REALLY need? I use a 200 watt 3-battery mod not for the power of 200 watts - I only vape at 30 watts. I use a 3-battery mod for the battery run time.

The "topper" is what actually makes the vape. The flavor and vapor quantity is totally ruled by the juice delivery device, not the battery device.

Yes, the topper and the build you put in it is the clear majority of the difference. It brings the question, what are you looking for? Temp control? Flavor? Clouds?

The idea that mods just produce power to fire a coil...I am rather amazed at my wife's Provari and Kayfun Lite Plus whenever I grab it. The smoothness of the power signal plays a role, too. In the same sense, the Provari (the 2.5 blems at $35) just aren't good for power vaping.

What are you looking for as the end result?
