Since I have been notoriously late with my Mothers Day gifts over the years, I called my mother over a month in advance and asked her what she wanted for Mothers Day. Without missing a beat, she said, "you to quit smoking!". I made my mind up then and there and ordered an e-cig. The day I got my device, I stopped with the analogs. Sure, about a week later I picked up one of my left over analogs and gave it a try, but immediately disposed of it and all my other left-overs and have not looked back since. Mothers Day came around and I gave her some flowers, and in a little box, I gave her my zippo, the same zippo that was given to me by my commanding officer in the Navy on the day I first reported for duty on my submarine.

Now, the zippo sits on a shelf in her home right alongside some other cherished items from my late grandmother. Its funny how something that meant allot to me, can mean more to someone else... given the right circumstances.

Anywho, I wanted to share my story and say hello to the community that I am sure will be helping teach me all I need to know about vaping, and help me through my transition from vaping newb, to seasoned veteran.

Cheers,
