I didn't say that there shouldn't be rules. I agree that rules are a good thing to have. The only reason I referenced that rule into my post was to show how broad & open ended it was. It basically stated that any of us could get banned for any or no reason. I understand this is their forum, and they can do whatever they want. I'm not contesting any of that. I also have been posting on this forum while knowing what the rules were. I accepted them from the beginning.

It's the enforcement of the rules that has led me to question the safety of posting. I didn't say "OMG RAAAAAGE" and left. I calmly came to the conclusion that, based on the information I've been provided, I felt it's best to not reply with my 'witty' banter on every thread due to possible ban outcomes.

I realize there's two sides to every story. I also know I didn't get to witness exactly what my friend wrote, because it was deleted by the time I woke up this morning. But this friend has been a brother to me, in every way except blood, for 16 years. I'm going to believe what he says (also confirmed through PMs with other people who were up during that time and on the forums).

The intent of this thread was to let the people that I call friends know that I will not be posting regularly.

I did witness it, and flipping off admins or mods is never a "bright" thing to do. Even if it veiled by a kitty cat doing it.

It is a darn forum, some people take things way too seriously. This is my first and last comment on this subject.

This is why you should subscribe to post with instant email notification. You get everything in an email before it's deleted Sorry but I deleted all my emails after I read them.
