I took the cap off my Cartomizer today to refill it and noticed a brown gooey substance under the rubber ring that you draw from and also on the rubber ring under that. It's a thick substance and has some thicker chunks in it. I was wondering if this is just juice that got too warm and crystallized or if I need to throw this cart out?

I think you should throw it out. The disadvantage with cartomizers is that you can't really see what you're inhaling unless you break the cartomizer open.
I had only used it for a few days. I'm not sure what the substance was but I tossed it out. Before using another I'll remove the cap and inspect it. If it too has something in it I'll contact the company I bought it from and question them. Thanks for the replies.
