You jest, but I saw one given away in a raffle at a VIP Vape Meet in Phoenix. It had a 510 connection and was basically a 2-3ft extender. I think the donor made it. I think one would be great for vaping laying down with a box mod.
That could be a vaping business idea. Infirmed Vaping (IV, get it). I bet you could make some cool mods where the switch can be activated by blinking your eyes or a foot pedal and your gooseneck mouth piece gets bottom fed. You could make them for musicians too. No more cigarettes burns on the guitar neck.

Contact pkj here on the forum. I think she won it. She may know the guy that made it. Seriously, it was pretty cool and would work well with a carto or tank.
You could rent them at hospitals for $25 a day juice included. Any smoker would hop on it if they were layed up. Extra for the eye blinking switch.
