...oh the horror! I was coiling up my kayfun Lite the other day when I stabbed myself in the thumb with a bit of 28ga stainless steel. I've done this many times with guitar strings in the past, but this is the first time it's happened with vaping wire. Is this how Iron Man got his powers?

It's okay I had a booster shot a couple of years back

I put my thumb on a hot coil ... makes an interesting burn mark for a minute.

I've touched hot coils before, but never bad enough to leave a mark.

Poor baby.

Try a short piece of kanthal in your foot

After my accident I was still able to hitchhike my way to freedom from this tyrannous, oppressive, nanny country.

But just.

Only having 1 opposable thumb at the time, I found it difficult to choose between holding my concealed mod weapon to my lips and holding my beggars thumb to the sky to hail a ride.

I once accidentally stabbed myself with 22G Kanthal underneath my nail and again with the same wire a different time like the OP accidentally done it to himself. I think these things are bount to happen when building coils so much. It hurts like a "itch"!

I did that same thing the 2nd or 3rd time I made a coil. I give that 28g SS wire more respect now, haha
