Got a provari already

How do you find it compares to your other E-cigs? I had an eGo-W F1 for quite a while, loved the battery life, flavour and vapor production but couldn't stand the leakage and constant need to clean the cartomizer. At the moment i'm on an automatic 808 with a tank cartomizer. Absolutely loving it, no leak, great flavour, great vapor production, portable and there is no need to constantly press down a button! Have been hearing alot about these Provari's though, am keen to try one out at some point.

p.s congrats on deciding to switch over to electronic!

Lol...I got 808's, egos, mods...I have no problem with it. I just think it's funny how I feel better about spending the same amount in smaller chunks.

I look at it this way, when I do eventually get my provairi of my dreams, I will have several back ups and I am sure they will get used all so. I like to switch nic levels often, etc.

I find it to be the best of the bunch. You can dial it to the exact voltage you want, and the voltage won't change until the battery dies. Also the dct tank and 3.0 ohm cartomizer I am using with it gives great vapor and flavor. You can also get 1.5 ohm carts. I have a couple of those coming but haven't tried one yet. I am thinking that with lower ohms you can dial the voltage down and make the battery last a bit longer. Also I got choclate flavor juice I'm using and it is tasty.

yea i seen an all gold plated one before, i would never want to touch it lol

I have never felt the need to have a Provari. But I did buy my son one and he loves it.

for me personally it wasnt a need as much as i wanted lasting quality when i got into this after tossing ecigs and burned out ego, i said hey wait, i wanna spend my money playing with atty's and tanks and other cool stuff not making sure i always have another new battery on the way to replace the one that replaced the one that burned out.

but im like this with everything, i try to buy better computer parts. and same with my guitars and amps. and even my bicycle and fishing gear.
I dont mind spending good money on things i enjoy but i only want to spend it once.

I have been vaping for about 3 1/2 months now. I started out with a simple ego battery. I graduated to an ego twist after a couple of weeks and than ordered a VV Detonator Mod from Mister E. Liquid. That is all that I use now and I don't think I could go back to using either one of the ego batteries. They are great for a starter battery though. I am already thinking about what mod I want to purchase once tax time rolls around. So many options to choose from but that's what I have youtube and the reviewers that I like for :)

I was thinking of getting the lavatube, I keep hearing cons on it and am glad i did not jump right in. I got the egoT kit so I got two full setups, I am still learning about them, what the heck the parts are. what does what, how to clean etc. Feel a tiny bit lost and overwhelmed by alot of this. The set up I got was easy to set up and get going but i am sure at a lose for the part names and cleaning it, if I need to when and how. But I am pretty happy and cigarette free now! I need to find a juice I like then maybe I will go for a bigger setup. Smoked camels for 22 years. Just happy that I finally quit those

YouTube can generally help with instructions on cleaning the tanks/clearomizers/carts that you have. There are a lot of instructional videos out there. Look at what your kit came with to determine what you put your juice in. Is it a clear tube? Is it a little cartridge looking thing? Do you put more juice in from the top or the bottom?
I understand about being overwhelmed and confused, but a little research helps a ton. I've only been doing this a couple weeks myself and have found so much help on here and Reddit. I would have been completely lost. Ask away. That's why the forum is here.

I'm so jealous...but happy for you! I grabbed a SB which I enjoy but that little inner voice keeps telling me I should have gone Provari.

There's no shame in a SB! It's one of the most rugged devices out there! If you want, you can get the extension and a Kick and have VW, or save up for a Provari and keep the SB for one of the best back ups out there!
