Got my 510!

I raced over to the post office after work yesterday to pickup my 510.

Shipping from eastmall was pretty fast, from China to Northern California in a bit less than 4 days. Looks like customs went through my box, I think it was re-taped, but everything was there and everything seems to be working as it should.

Waiting for the battery's to charge sucked, lol

Took a few hits to clear out the primer fluid and the vapor production seemed weak at first, but adding a few drops to the atomizer fixed that, and I found that when I filled up a blank cart that it vaped better than the pre-filled ones that came with my 510.

Camel flavor, and menthol are both great, but I'm really loving the Red Bull at the moment. I haven't tried the others yet.

I do feel like it's keeping me from smoking the regular cig's, I only had 2 last night, I would normally have had 6-8. I had one this morning, and I'm gonna see how long I can go without one today at work. I've got my PCC all charged up, some carts, a spare atomizer, and some juice with me. (I've got a few of my regular camel's in my bag just in case)

I am getting a bit of a light headed, cloudy, sorta tight feeling in my head. Not sure what that's about. I'm using 18mg liquid, maybe it's a little too strong?

Normally if I smoke too many cigarette's I just get jittery, but this feels different.

BigB, I know that feeling your describing. I get it too sometimes. At first I didn't know if it was too much nicotine or not enough. I know I tend to suck continuously sometimes on my Yeti, mindlessly almost, not even realizing I'm doing it.

The other night my son was smoking an analog and I picked up my Yeti at the same time he lit his cigarette. I tried to match him hit for hit, but I found I was sitting there just itching to put the Yeti to my mouth while he was just holding his cigarette in between puffs, flicking it, rolling it in the ashtray...so I know for sure I'm puffing on this way more than I did an analog.

I cut down to the low (6 mg) juice for most of the day. I only use the medium or high first thing in the morning and/or after dinner when I really want to chill.

Glad you like your 510! I think it's awesome! I haven't had an analog since the first day my Yeti was fully charged and ready to go...3 weeks tomorrow.

I smoked Camel Lights, but after a few days of testing it all out I am going to start ordering ultra light liquids going forward. I have no doubt I am getting far more nicotine, and I really have no desire or need for it. I really smoke more for the experience of it, and the needed break from work.

I have my first batch of liquid on order from Johnson Creek (11mg light) but I really wish I had ordered the ultra light juice instead. Well, live and learn as they say.

For reference: I smoked around 3-10 Camel Lights per day before this

Deadcat, I've read on here about people cutting their juice with PG to decrease the nicotine level. You might try that if you find your juice is too strong.

Also, it might be worth calling JC to see if they processed your order yet or if you can still change it. From past dealings with them, they told me that they don't pre-package juice and that's why it takes longer for them to ship an order that some other suppliers. Who knows if that's true or not, but it's what they told me in response to me asking what the heck was taking so long to ship out my order (over 10 days after payment at the time I asked). You might be able to change it to the ultra light if you call them instead of email.

With the juice I just ordered I got a 0 nicotine sample of Ecopure to see if I can go without the nicotine at all. Should be interesting.

I ordered on 6/22 and am afraid to email them for fear it may further slow my order.

I need my juice, and I need it yesterday.
I have only one pre-filled cartridge from my Yeti order left.
And I don't want to have to go back to struggling with my NPro right now.

lightheadedness is very normal first day because u have cigarettes and nicquid in your system.........wait a day before deciding if it's too strong

I've gone all day without a smoke and I still don't feel like I need one. This thing is awesome. I feel like I'm smoking. I vaped on my red bull all morning and then I switched to some camel juice right after lunch when my first battery died. Having the PCC with me is great. I had a spare battery ready when I needed it. I think I just need to find a good way to carry around my juice. I'm a little afraid of the bottle opening in my pocket.

Hey Big B - I also got my new 510 yesterday, charged it and used it a little last night. I love it - only have had 2 analog cigs today first thing this morning then after lunch. It is great!

Sweet. Glad yours is working well for you.

I just fired up some Ry4 juice when I got home. Yum. I feel a little guilty but I love that I can vape in the house. Lol.

No Deadcat, I don't have a phone number for JC, and I couldn't see one on their website either. When I emailed them, they emailed me back almost immediately though. I have to say, even though their shipping was super slow, their customer service was really really good. And they did say in their email response to me to provide my phone number and they would call me.

I don't know a thing about the Npro, but I'm wondering if you have any Npro carts that you haven't used, if you could pull the fresh stuffing out of those, remove the stuffing out of a used 510 cart, and put the fresh Npro stuffing in the 510 cart?

There seems to be a good chance that I will be able to let you know about that very soon, seeing as how it may come down to that. On the other hand, I still have half a pack of analogs left so there is always that, if I have to sink to that level.
